The Teaching and Learning Center is a top level administrative unit of the school. A director is appointed to plan, manage and supervise the development and evaluation of the center. The Center has three divisions: the Teaching Development Division, the Learning Resources Division, and the Instructional Technology Division. In addition, there are three division leaders and fourteen research and administrative staffs providing services for teachers and students.
