各研修學校人數分別為：日本明海大學每學期10名X 2學期、日本拓殖大學每學期10名X 2學期、日本同志社大學每學期5名X 2學期、德國明斯特大學一般生每學年20名、獎學金生每學年1名。（此名獎學金生由本校獎助新台幣12萬元及由明斯特大學獎助-一學期之學雜費、社會捐、健康保險費及6個月宿舍費）
l From 2009 onwards, the school has established various student exchange/ collaboration agreements with international universities, listed as follows:
1. Signing a dual collaboration agreement with the Literature Department of Gakushūin University, Japan on Mar. 3rd, 2009 along with the School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (upgraded to University level in 2014).
2. Signing an academic exchange agreement with the International Language and Culture Research Department of Nagoya University, Japan on July 28th, 2009.
3. Signing a student exchange agreement with the International Center of Niigata University on Aug. 12th, 2009, along with the School of Business.
4. Signing a student exchange agreement with the Education & Culture Department of University of Miyazaki on Jun. 11th, 2010（upgraded to University level in 2014）
l The Department of English Language and Literature Summer Study Tour: In 2013, the Department of English Language and Literature combined the concept of Cross-University Optional Courses with Trans-Campus Education, and offered a 3 credit single-semester optional course, allowing students to optimize their summer vacation, to increase their English speaking ability and help their self-motivated studies, offering a chance to live in England and experience the culture, while gaining credits. This school year the destination is Hartford College, Oxford University in England, for an 80 hour study tour. The completion of which can count towards your graduation credits, please contact the department office for details.
l Short-term study trips to collaborating universities in Japan and Germany: The Departments of Japanese and German Language and Culture offers the students a chance to experience the culture of the foreign language they learn, by signing group study tour agreements with Japanese and German universities, students will travel abroad for a semester or a school year for exchange studies, as of 2013, collaborating universities include Takushoku University, Meikai University and Doshisha University of Japan, as well as University of Münster, Germany. The collaboration started in August 1995 for Meikai University, August 2008 for Takushoku University, August 2010 for Doshisha University, and August 1995 for University of Münster; amongst them, aside from the agreement with Doshisha University which was signed in the 2009 school year, most other collaborations and exchanges have been conducted for over 10 years, gaining a wide spread acclaim amongst students. The departments also thrive to select, evaluate the students to be the best suited for such exchanges, in terms of grades, performances and abilities. Each university’s quote is listed as follows: Meikai University, 10 students per semester, 2 semesters at most; Takushoku University, 10 students per semester, 2 semesters at most; Doshisha University, five students per semester, 2 semesters at most; University of Münster, 20 students per school year.
