東吳大學積極響應國家攬才與教育部政策，自2024年起啟動「國際生留臺就業輔導專業化計畫 SCU ISEP」。本計畫由生涯發展中心專責建置，並深度連結全校六大學院的學術與系所資源。隨著臺灣產業對國際人才需求的日益增加，本計畫針對具備跨文化背景的境外學子（含外國學生、僑生、港澳生），致力於優化行政支持系統、提升留臺輔導成效，協助境外生消除文化與語言障礙並順利跨入臺灣職場，全面對接在地優質企業，成為各大產業轉型與國際化不可或缺的頂尖專業人才！
In active response to national talent recruitment initiatives and the policies of the Ministry of Education, Soochow University officially launched the "SCU International Student Employment Program for Retention (SCU ISEP)" in 2024. Orchestrated by the Career Development Center,this program deeply integrates the academic and departmental resources across the university’s six constituent colleges.
Amid the escalating demand for international talent within Taiwanese industries, this initiative specifically targets non-local students with diverse cross-cultural backgrounds—including international students, overseas Chinese students, and students from Hong Kong and Macau. It aims to optimize administrative support systems, elevate the effectiveness of career retention guidance, and assist international students in surmounting cultural and language barriers to achieve a seamless transition into the domestic workforce. By comprehensively aligning students with premier local enterprises, the program empowers them to become top-tier professional talents indispensable to industrial transformation and global expansion.
