三、本活動採自由參加，因會議室人數限制，將採預先報名方式以120人入場為限
Participation is free and pre-registration will be limited to 120 people due to the limited number of meeting rooms
會議前半段將由學務處、教務處、教學資源中心、研究事務組、圖書館介紹各項學生學習資源，
會議後半段由校長主持、包含副校長、六位一級主管、六個學院院長及學務處
、教務處、教學資源中心、研究事務組二級主管與新生現場座談，歡迎同學針對日後學習上之各
項疑問於現場與師長直接交流。時間表請參考座談會流程。
In the first half of the conference, the Student Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Teaching and Learning Center, the Research Affairs Division and the Library will introduce various student learning resources, and the second half of the conference will be chaired by the President, including vice presidents, six first-level supervisors, six deans of faculties, and the second-level supervisors to live discussions with new students.
