大多數學習者總是把發錯音、唸錯字，怪罪於口音，然而口音只是一個指標，顯示你的背景、成長環境、甚至是教育水平，口音也代表著你是誰、你還來自哪裡，不應該有因為說英文的時候被詬病有『某種地區的口音』而產生莫名的自卑心態。
千萬不要被口音產生的自卑感的念頭操控了你該把英文字句扎實唸正確的態度。
Most learners tend to blame their accent when they mispronounce words, but an accent is merely an indicator of your background, upbringing, and even educational level. It represents who you are and where you're from. You shouldn't feel an inexplicable sense of inferiority just because someone comments on your "regional accent" when speaking English.
Don't let the idea of feeling self-conscious about your accent dictate your commitment to pronouncing English words correctly and accurately.

- Explore the difference between accents and pronunciation, understanding the cultural influences on language.
- Detailed explanations and practice focusing on common pronunciation errors among Taiwanese students.
- Utilize the BBC series Sherlock as a teaching material to experience the elegance of British English.
- Implement the "Conscious Correction Method" to gradually improve pronunciation.
- Learn from Michelle Yeoh's Harvard speech on overcoming accent anxiety and building confidence.
